How it works

1. Review your objectives

During an initial meeting or call, we give you a thorough overview of our company, investment portfolio, and available investment opportunities and evaluate the suitability of this investment for your immediate goals.

2. Make an investment

When you invest, we will coordinate your acquisition paperwork and funding. Our investment offerings can vary from a private standalone investment to a multi-property portfolio investment or multi-property fund.

3. Receive distributions

Generally, our properties distribute cash flow to investors monthly or quarterly. The distribution amount may change based on property performance.

4. Keep up to date

During the ownership of the property, we will provide you tax documents, quarterly reports, and notification of new investment opportunities via our investor portal or by email.

5. 1031 Exchange option

With most of our investments, you have the option to exchange your sale proceeds on a tax deferred basis into a new acquisition with Greenline Ventures through a Section 1031 exchange.
